Extra virgin olive oil from ITALY


The olives from which this oil is made ripen under the hoty sun of Southern Italy, in the region of Pouilles. This warm arid climate, together with the chalky soil, gives the fruit a particularly intense subtle aroma.

This tasty and deliciously fragrant oil will surprise your palate by its fruity and spicy notes, but without beeing too strong. We have selected three traditional varieties to make this Italian speciality, Ogliarola, Paranzana and Coratina.

Gourmet Tip

Try this oil on a piece of bread or bruschetta as an aperitif, with a little garlic, goat’s cheese or strips of grilled red pepper. Its balanced flavour also goes well with pasta, salads, seafood or pizza.

Health Tip

Rich in mono-unsaturated fatty acids and polyphenols, olive oil is good for the cardio-vascular system and the control of cholesterol levels in the blood. Because of its ant-inflammatory and disinfecting qualities it can also be used for massaging.
