Extra virgin olive oil of SPAIN

ROBUST and SPICY

This oil has won many prizes and is produced in the arid region of southern Andalusia by fourth generation oil makers who help to preserve the environment by using solar energy, fuel made from olive stones, terracing that reduces soil erosion, a patented irrigation system, and so on.

It is made from a single variety, Picual, which are hand picked and habe a particularly low level of oleic acid

Health Tip

Rich in mono-unsaturated fatty acids and polyphenols, olive oil is good for the cardio-vascular system and the control of cholesterol levels in the blood. Because of its ant-inflammatory and disinfecting qualities it can also be used for massaging.
