Apricot Kernel Oil: Versatile oil for the creative gourmet cuisine
While apricot kernel oil is yet relatively unknown in our part of the world, the excellent reputation it enjoys in other regions of the globe (e.g. southern Himalaya area, South Africa) goes back many centuries. The main reason for this popularity as an exquisite and many-sided cooking oil lies in its subtle flavor, reminiscent of fresh almonds and oven-baked bread. Pressed from the kernels of Turkish sweet apricots, the oil with its hint of marzipan is ideal for refining exotic salads, sweet-and-sour dishes, delicious soups, dips, gravy, and marinades, as much as for desserts and creative patisserie.




O’range: Squeezed from the queen of oranges
O’range is part of our product line of fruity-crisp olive oil delicacies. For the composition of BIO PLANÈTE O’range, we press ripe Maltaise oranges from the Tunisian Cap Bon region, which are particularly balanced in flavor, together with Oueslati olives. With its fruity-fresh savor, O’range caresses the palates of connoisseurs and gourmets alike.
BIO PLANÈTE O’range comes in bottles of 250 milliliters.
